You can make changes before design approval. After approval, no further modifications can be made.
Can I provide my own design, artwork or photos?
Absolutely! You can share your designs and artwork with us. You can add a photo to your design. However, it is important to use professional and high-quality images. Please avoid using filtered, low-resolution images, or heavily edited photos, as these will not be accepted.
What is your turnaround time for custom orders?
Orders are typically completed within 7-10 business days.
What if I have a problem with my order?
